HOW TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Step 1: Sign in. Click on the "Schedule Appointment" button below for the service you want to access.
Step 2: Click on the blue shaded timeslot you wish to change. (Your name will appear in all timeslot on the calendar where you are scheduled).
Step 3: Chose "Update Appointment" or "Delete Appointment."
Step 4: To ensure that you can be seen, make sure you have chosen one of the following timeslots: 9:00am, 10:15am, 11:30am, 1:15pm, 2:30pm, 3:45pm, or 5pm.
Step 5: If you chose "Delete Appointment," you will receive an email confirmation of your transaction. Then follow the instructions for scheduling an appointment.
Step 6: If you chose "Update Appointment," make the changes you desire. If the day and time you request is available, you will recieve an email confirmation of your update.
Step 7: For security purposes, don't forget to sign out.
