HOW TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?
To cancel:
From the 'Week' tab:
Step 1: Sign in. Click on "Schedule Appointment" button below for the service you want.
Step 2: Click the blue shaded time slot that contains your name.
Step 3: Please make a comment in the 'Reason for Change' box.
Step 4: Click 'Delete Appointment' to cancel an appointment.
Step 5: For security purposes, don't forget to sign out.
From the 'Available' tab:
Step 1: Sign in.
Step 2: Click on the 'calendar icon' to the right of your preferred timeslot.
Step 3: Chose "Delete Appointment." You will receive an email confirmation of your transaction.
Step 4: For security purposes, don't forget to sign out.
