ASSERT YOURSELF

 

Have you done just about anything to avoid conflict? Do you fear if you express yourself others will not like you or will reject you? Are you tired of feeling like a doormat?

 

Or are others intimidated when you simply try to assert yourself? Do you feel a rising resentment toward others who you feel are taking advantage? How often have you rehearsed what you’d like to say or what you should have said to others, but you never do?

 

Join the Assert Yourself group and practice when to assert yourself and what to say. Learn to identify the line between assertiveness and aggressiveness.
